TUESDAY THEME:  FOOD

 Mint Tea

1 1/2 cups dried peppermint leaves
1 1/2 cups dried basil
1/2 cup fennel
1/2 cup licorice root

Stir this together and store in a jar.  To brew a pot of tea:  place 2 tablespoons of tea into a fine mesh basket and pour hot water over it and let it steep for about five minutes.  Remove tea basket and enjoy.  This is also a refreshing cold drink when poured over ice.
